Two Saints were formed in April 2001 through the merger of the Society of St Dismas (founded in 1962) and St Petroc Housing association (founded in 1972). Both organisations shared a passion for housing and supporting vulnerable single people.

We have services in Berkshire, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Gosport and West Sussex.

We support 16-65 year olds. Our services include outreach support to rough sleepers, supported accommodation (direct access hostels, move-on accommodation, and resettlement flats), day centres, supported lodgings, community support, housing first and landlord support services.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:

To assist the Business Development and Finance teams in providing administrative and analytical support. You will be required to perform some basic finance tasks and support the Business Development Assistant in production of management information.

  • To assist and support the Business Development Assistant in the management of tenders for new business including updating tender folders, sending out clarification questions and amending documents for tender submissions.
  • Support the Business Development Assistant to produce key performance information, survey results and data analysis reports.
  • Support the finance team to reconcile petty cash returns, manage utility accounts and journals as required.
  • Support the Business Development Assistant in the provision of monthly and quarterly management data reports for serious incidents and client feedback.
  • Liaise with staff across the organisation to validate data results.
  • Assist with the issue of sales invoices and analysis of aged debt.
  • Assist with daily travel claim processing.
The candidate will have:
  • Proven technical IT skills including Office, Excel and Word
  • Five GCSEs including English and Maths

The entry requirements for the apprenticeship qualification are 5-9/A-C in Maths and English, with an ICT qualification considered an advantage, however all applicants will be considered on merit subject to initial assessment. Confident application of English is critical to this role.
The apprenticeship will last for 18 months and will consist of work based training. An assessor from Highbury College will come to the workplace every 6 weeks and assist in the completion of the qualification which consist of written assignments, professional observations and discussions.
